The PATHFINDER product range offers three flexible user friendly benefit structures that are affordable and quality plans with no hidden costs.
· TRAIL - An affordable primary care option in selected private hospitals and day-to-day benefits through private contracted network providers. This option was designed for the first time buyer of healthcare or for someone who needs the basics of healthcare cover.
   
· AVENUE - An unlimited hospital plan with generous day to day benefits. The option will attract small families or single individuals. The chronic benefit covers 62 chronic conditions.
   
· TERRACE - A comprehensive top-of-the-range plan with unlimited hospital cover at private rates and improved day-to-day benefits covered at private rates. The chronic benefit covers 62 chronic conditions. This option will compliment the healthcare needs of the high income earners.

Full Circle Health is PATHFINDER’s administration partner and, as such, is responsible for the management of PATHFINDER membership and finance, as well as for receiving, adjudicating and payment of all PATHFINDER claims.

Aganang is a not for profit HIV and AIDS management entity whose objectives are twofold; Firstly, the prevention of HIV infection through the provision of preventative programmes relating to HIV and AIDS and secondly, the provision of HIV and AIDS disease management programmes based on clinical guidelines and protocols for HIV positive patients.

Pathfinder offers an unrivalled provider network through Yarona Network who is a provider network contracting and management company. Yarona Network structures and manages provider network solutions for clients to complement and manage healthcare risk management or risk taking models. Yarona Network has extensive experience in this field having contracted the first provider networks in 1997 and currently having a contracted network of 12 000 providers in the South African market.

Thethani Communications provides communications and customer care solutions to Pathfinder members. The customer care capabilites include, walk in centres, mobile service units and self service strategies.
